If you ordered an item and wanted to change a colour/size or add to or take a name/number or add an item to the order please fill out the form below.  Once we receive your form one of us will cancel & refund your original order and confirm with you so you can re-submit your order exactly as you want it. 

*once an order has already been produced we can no longer change or add to or take away from it.

Our products are personally designed for you! As a result, once the deadline for your school/event orders has passed, it is considered a final sale. There are no refunds or exchanges for any reason other than:

• a defect in the apparel item

• cracking/peeling of the printing within 4 weeks of receiving your item
